01 — Talent & Applications

Joining and presenting yourself professionally.

Apply as Talent →
Who can apply to join Plousios Productions?+

Relevant models, performers and selected creative professionals can submit a talent application. The application begins the review workflow and does not automatically create a public profile.

Does submitting a talent application guarantee approval?+

No. Submission starts the review process. Approval depends on the information provided, the completeness of the profile and the applicable onboarding criteria.

Does joining Plousios guarantee paid work?+

No. A professional profile can improve discoverability and access to relevant project requests, but Plousios does not guarantee casting selection, bookings, income or commercial outcomes.

What should I include in my portfolio?+

Use current, relevant work that accurately reflects your professional presentation and the assignments you want to be considered for. Quality and relevance matter more than volume.

Can I update my profile after approval?+

Yes. Relevant profile and media information can be updated through the talent workflow. Public-facing changes may require moderation before replacing the currently approved version.

Can I choose the kinds of work I want to receive?+

Where supported by the profile and work-preference workflow, talent can maintain information about relevant categories, availability and professional preferences.

02 — Brands & Casting

Finding talent and sharing a better brief.

For Brands →
Can brands browse talent before sending a request?+

Yes. Public talent discovery is designed to help brands, agencies and production teams review professional profiles before deciding who should receive a project request.

What should a casting or booking request include?+

A useful request should include the project type, dates, location, brief, deliverables, relevant usage information and commercial context where applicable.

Can I shortlist multiple profiles for one campaign?+

Yes. A brand may need to evaluate several relevant profiles before deciding who should receive a formal project request.

Can agencies and production houses use Plousios?+

Yes. The platform is intended for legitimate professional stakeholders including brands, agencies, production houses, fashion teams and relevant creative project teams.

What if I cannot find the exact talent I need?+

Broaden the search filters or contact Plousios with the professional brief. A clear requirement makes it easier to understand the kind of profile you are trying to source.

Does a talent response mean the booking is final?+

No. Interest or acceptance can move the request forward, but final terms, availability and any remaining workflow conditions still need to align.

03 — Profiles & Privacy

What is public, what is private and what is reviewed.

How It Works →
Are talent phone numbers and email addresses public?+

The public profile experience is designed around professional information rather than exposing private phone numbers or email addresses as the primary discovery mechanism.

What information appears on a public talent profile?+

Public profiles can include professional presentation, portfolio media, category, location context, availability and other information selected for professional discovery.

Why are profile and media changes moderated?+

Moderation helps maintain a more consistent public-facing experience and separates editing a profile from instantly publishing every change.

Can brands see identity documents or private KYC information?+

Sensitive identity and verification information should not be treated as public profile content. Public discovery should focus on information relevant to professional evaluation.

Can a profile be removed from public discovery?+

Public visibility depends on the profile’s applicable status and moderation workflow. Profiles that are not active or approved for public discovery should not appear in the public directory.

Why does Plousios separate public discovery from private contact?+

It allows brands to evaluate professional suitability first while reducing the need to expose private contact information before there is a relevant project context.

04 — Booking & Workflow

Understanding requests, responses and next actions.

View Workflow →
What happens after a brand sends a project request?+

Talent can review the project context and respond. The request can then progress through the relevant response, review and booking stages.

Can talent decline a project request?+

Yes. A project request does not obligate talent to accept. Suitability, availability and willingness depend on the individual assignment.

What does “pending” mean?+

A pending state generally means the request is awaiting the next relevant action, such as a response, review or confirmation.

What does “accepted” mean?+

Accepted indicates willingness to progress with the request. It should not be treated as a substitute for final project terms or a completed booking agreement.

How does contact become available during a booking?+

Private communication can become relevant later in the workflow when the project context and next steps justify it, rather than being the starting point of public discovery.

How can I see the current status of a request?+

The relevant private workspace is intended to surface request states and notifications so users can understand what is pending and what action comes next.

05 — Accounts & Support

Login, access and getting help.

Contact Plousios →
Where do approved talent users sign in?+

Approved talent users can use the private talent login at /models/login to access their workspace.

What can I manage after talent login?+

The private workspace can support profile information, portfolio submissions, availability, project requests, notifications and other account-specific workflows.

What should I do if I cannot sign in?+

Check that you are using the email associated with your approved account. If access still fails, use the contact page or password-support route available from the login experience.

Why can an account be temporarily locked?+

Repeated unsuccessful login attempts may trigger a temporary lock to reduce automated password guessing and protect private account access.

How do I report a profile or platform concern?+

Use the contact page and choose the most relevant enquiry type. Include enough context for the issue to be routed appropriately, but do not submit passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Where should brands send general enquiries?+

Brands can use the contact page for general discussions, or start directly from talent discovery or a structured casting request when the project brief is already defined.
