01 — Information We Collect
Information depends on the workflow you use.
Plousios may receive information when you browse the site, submit a talent application, create a casting request, contact support, sign in to a private account or maintain a professional profile.

This may include your name, email address, mobile number, city, gender where voluntarily provided, professional category, profession or talent type, experience, portfolio links, professional introduction, profile media, work preferences, availability and other professional information submitted for onboarding or profile management.
Brand, agency and production information
This may include organization name, organization type, contact person, business email, mobile number, project title, project type, location, expected dates, talent requirement, project brief, usage context, budget or compensation context and any selected public talent profile reference.
Contact and support information
If you contact Plousios, we may receive the contact information and message content you provide, together with information needed to understand and route the enquiry.
Account and technical information
Private account workflows may store account identifiers, login timestamps, failed login counts, temporary lock status and related security information. Website submissions may also record IP address, browser or device information, source URL and timestamps for operational and security purposes.

03 — Public Profiles and Private Information
Public discovery is intentionally different from private account data.
Public
Information intended for professional discovery
Depending on profile status and moderation, a public profile may contain a professional name, portfolio media, profession, category, city or location context, availability and other information selected for legitimate professional discovery.
Private
Information not intended for public display
Private account credentials, password hashes, private contact details, internal moderation information, login security data and other non-public records are not intended to be part of the public talent directory.
Users should not submit passwords, payment card details, unnecessary identity documents or other sensitive information through public contact or casting forms.
04 — When Information May Be Shared
Information may be shared only where it is relevant to the applicable workflow.
Public profile information may be visible to website visitors. Private project or account information may be accessible to authorized Plousios personnel or service providers involved in operating the platform, subject to appropriate access controls and operational requirements.
When a legitimate project progresses, information may be shared between relevant parties where necessary to evaluate or continue the professional engagement. This does not mean all information becomes public or that private contact details are automatically exposed at the discovery stage.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect the security, rights or integrity of Plousios, its users or others.
05 — Retention
Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose.
Retention periods may vary based on the type of record, the status of the account or project, operational requirements, dispute or security needs, and applicable legal obligations.
For example, application or casting records may need to remain available while a workflow is active, while login-security records may be retained to protect accounts and investigate misuse.
06 — Security
Plousios uses technical and operational controls intended to protect private workflows.
Account credentials are intended to be handled through secure password hashing rather than plain-text storage. Login workflows may apply failed-attempt counting and temporary lockouts. Public pages are designed to separate professional discovery from private account data.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should use unique passwords, protect account access and avoid sending sensitive information through channels that are not designed to receive it.
07 — Your Choices and Requests
You may contact Plousios about relevant personal information or profile concerns.
Depending on the applicable circumstances and law, you may request assistance with access, correction, account or profile changes, public visibility concerns or deletion requests. Some information may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.
Public-facing profile updates may need to pass through moderation before a change becomes visible.
08 — Minors and Guardian Workflows
Additional safeguards may apply where a talent workflow involves a minor.
Where the platform supports a guardian or consent workflow for minors, additional verification, authorization or account controls may be required before public visibility or project activity is allowed. Users should not attempt to bypass those safeguards.
09 — Third-Party Services and Links
External services may have their own privacy practices.
Plousios pages may link to external portfolio sites, social platforms, communication services or other third-party resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.
10 — Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the platform evolves.
Material changes should be reflected on this page. Users should review the current version when making decisions about submitting information or using private account workflows.
